Lease, description		In October 2020, the Company signed a lease agreement to lease approximately 18,700 square feet in Newark, CA that will be used for laboratory and office space. The lease commences on December 1, 2020 and is over a 7-year 2-month term with an option to extend for an additional five years. Fixed rent payments under the initial term of the lease are approximately $7.7 million. The Company will also pay a proportionate share of the facility’s operating expenses.
