Findus Financial Statements

Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are the audited consolidated carve-out financial statements of Findus Sverige AB (“Findus”) as of and for the years ended 30 September 2013, 2014 and 2015. Nomad Foods Limited purchased Findus on November 2, 2015.
