Other Long-term Liabilities Other long term liabilities as of September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016 consisted of $2,637 and $2,205, respectively, which represents the long-term portion of deferred rent primarily related to the Company's operating leases for office space in Moorestown, NJ and a new space in South Carolina dedicated to software development, which the Company began to occupy in June 2017.
