RELATED PARTIES	14. RELATED PARTIES The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, through an entity owned and controlled by him, owns a personal aircraft that was acquired without Company resources that he uses for business travel. The Company reimburses the Company’s Chief Executive Officer for certain costs and third party payments associated with the use of his personal aircraft for Company-related business travel. The Company also pays pilot fees for such business travel flights. During the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2020, the Company recognized expenses of $629 and $417 , respectively, related to these reimbursements. Given the geography of the Company’s partner firms and prospects, the Company believes that the use of private aircraft creates efficiencies to enhance the productivity of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and certain other authorized personnel. At March 31, 2020, affiliates of certain holders of the Company’s Class A common stock and Class B common stock were lenders under the Credit Facility.
