⁽¹⁾ Total outstanding debt issuance costs, net of amortization as of June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017 was $26.3 million and $28.6 million, respectively, of which $2.4 million and $2.2 million, respectively, was related to the revolving credit facility and recorded in "Other non-current assets" in the consolidated balance sheets.
