10. Common Stock

As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company’s certificate of incorporation authorized the Company to issue 300,000,000 shares of common stock, at the par value of $0.0001 per share. The holder of each share of common stock is entitled to one vote per share.

Common stockholders are entitled to dividends, if and when declared by the board of directors. To date, no dividends on common stock have been declared by the board of directors.

As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company has reserved common stock, on an as-converted basis, for future issuance as follows:
