(1) Pursuant to Rule 416 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), this Registration Statement shall also cover any additional Class A ordinary shares, nominal value $0.10 per share, of the Registrant (the “Ordinary Shares”) which become issuable under the Atlassian Corporation Plc 2015 Share Incentive Plan (the “2015 Plan”) by reason of any share dividend, share split, recapitalization or any other similar transaction effected without the receipt of consideration that results in an increase in the number of the Registrant’s outstanding Ordinary Shares.

(2) Represents the Registrant’s Ordinary Shares that were automatically added to the Ordinary Shares authorized for issuance under the 2015 Plan on July 1, 2022 pursuant to an “evergreen” provision contained in the 2015 Plan.
