Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 19, 2023, Champion Safe Co., Inc., a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of the Registrant, and Ray Crosby, Champion’s CEO, entered into a Separation and Release Agreement which provides that Mr. Crosby’s employment with Champion terminated effective on that date. Champion will continue to pay Mr. Crosby his salary and benefits through the second pay period of October 2023.
