Nature of operations	Nature of operations The Company is developing branded products in the safe and concealed carry/self-defense product areas that are promoted and sold wholesale through the company’s dealer network and direct to the consumer through the company’s website, Amazon.com, and others. The Company’s products will be under the American Rebel Brand and imprinted.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings.
