DEFERRED OFFERING COSTS:
DEFERRED OFFERING COSTS	NOTE 8 – DEFERRED OFFERING COSTS Deferred offering costs consist principally of accounting, legal and other fees incurred through the balance sheet date that are directly related to the proposed common stock offering. Deferred offering costs were offset against the net proceeds of our equity transaction. On December 11, 2015, deferred offering costs of $22,140 was credited towards additional paid in capital. As of June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, deferred offering costs were none.
