Subsequent Event	10: SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 15, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Optune Lua® for concurrent use with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors or docetaxel, for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have progressed on or after a platinum-based regimen. As a result of this approval, the Company expects to expense approximately $33,157 related to the vesting of PSUs granted to an executive officer. See Note 7 above.
