Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Abstract]
Recent Accounting Pronouncements Recent Accounting PronouncementsIn June 2016, the FASB issued ASU No. 2016-13, Financial Instruments-Credit Losses (Topic 326): Measurement of Credit Losses on Financial Instruments, or ASU No. 2016-13, which requires that entities use a new forward looking “expected loss” model that generally will result in the earlier recognition of allowance for credit losses. The measurement of expected credit losses is based upon historical experience, current conditions and reasonable and supportable forecasts that affect the collectability of the reported amount. ASU No. 2016-13 is effective for us as of October 1, 2020. We have not historically experienced credit losses from our Client Companies and do not expect the adoption of ASU No. 2016-13 to have a material impact on our consolidated financial statements.
