Note 11 - Subsequent Events	Certain Promissory Notes outstanding as of June 30, 2020 matured in August and September of 2020 and the Company expects the Notes and accrued interest to be converted into Common Stock. The Company has evaluated subsequent events through September 25, 2020 and has not identified any other items requiring additional disclosure.
