Description	On November 13, 2020, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with ABM Industry Groups, LLC. The settlement is in consideration for the release of ABM for any and all issues arising out of disputes related to the leases for MVP Indianapolis City Park Garage, LLC, MCI 1372 Street, LLC and MVP Clarksburg Lot, LLC.	On October 23, 2020, the Company received the remaining condemnation proceeds of $596,000 from the city of Minneapolis and funded the remaining $246,000 due to the ANICO escrow account on October 26, 2020.
