As of both June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, there were 10,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock authorized, and 100,000 shares issued and outstanding. Total committed capital of the Company, as of both June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, was $423.6 million. Total contributed capital to the Company through June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022 was $415.2 million, of which $356.1 million was contributed to the Fund.
