DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN	NOTE 13 – DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN The Company sponsors the Daseke, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan (the Retirement Plan). The Retirement Plan is a defined contribution plan and intended to qualify under the Internal Revenue Code provisions of Section 401(k). Under the safe harbor matching requirements, the Company had expenses of $1.4 million for each of the three months in the periods ended March 31, 2020 and 2019.
