Commitments

7.  Commitments:

At December 31, 2016, there were two commitments to purchase lease assets and to fund investments in notes receivable totaling $1.1 million and $1.7 million, respectively. These amounts represent contract awards which may be canceled by the prospective borrower/investee or may not be accepted by the Company. There were no cancellations subsequent to year-end.
