Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

EverQuote, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The Company’s stockholders voted to elect David Blundin, Sanju Bansal, Seth Birnbaum, Paul Deninger, John Lunny, George Neble, John Shields and Mira Wilczek as directors, to hold office until the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeing of Stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, subject to their earlier death, resignation or removal. The results of the stockholders’ vote with respect to the election of such directors were as follows:
