The Reporting Person was also elected as a director in November 2020. The Reporting Person inadvertently failed to report the acquisition of these shares of Class A Common Stock, and therefore, the total amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person and reported in column 5 of Table I was understated by the amount of these shares in each of the Forms 4 filed after November 27, 2019 and before April 5, 2023. The amount of securities beneficially owned that is reported on this line is as of November 27, 2019. This option, representing a right to purchase 266,880 shares, was granted on October 18, 2017. The shares underlying the option vested on various dates commencing on September 30, 2018.
