As previously disclosed, on December 13, 2022, LM Funding America, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company’s consolidated closing bid price had been below $1.00 per share for the preceding 30 consecutive days, and that, therefore, the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which is the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (the “Bid Price Requirement”).
On March 1, 2023, the Company received written notification from Nasdaq confirming that the Company’s common stock had a closing price of $1.00 per share or greater for the last ten consecutive business days, from February 14, 2023 to February 28, 2023, and that, as a result, the Company has regained compliance with the Bid Price Requirement and that the matter is now closed.
