Related Party Transactions

A member of the Company’s board of directors currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of a privately-held company (the Related Party), which has been the Company’s customer since 2018. During the six months ended July 31, 2024, as a minority investor, the Company made a strategic investment of approximately $5.0 million, by purchasing non-marketable equity securities issued by the Related Party. Revenue recognized from the Related Party was not material for each of the three and six months ended July 31, 2024 and 2023. Additionally, as of July 31, 2024 and January 31, 2024, the Company did not have material accounts receivable balance due from the Related Party.
