________________
(1)Includes a reclassification of $141.0 million from cash to cash equivalents for the money market funds balance as of January 31, 2023, as presented in the Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the SEC on March 29, 2023. Such reclassification did not impact the Company’s consolidated balance sheet as of January 31, 2023 or its consolidated statement of cash flows for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2023.

The Company included $22.9 million and $19.4 million of interest receivable in prepaid expenses and other current assets on the condensed consolidated balance sheets as of April 30, 2023 and January 31, 2023, respectively. The Company did not recognize an allowance for credit losses against interest receivable as of April 30, 2023 and January 31, 2023 because such potential losses were not material.
As of April 30, 2023, the contractual maturities of the Company’s available-for-sale marketable debt securities did not exceed 36 months. The estimated fair values of available-for-sale marketable debt securities, by remaining contractual maturity, are as follows (in thousands):

Fair Value
Due within 1 year$3,298,465
Due in 1 year to 3 years1,090,715

For available-for-sale marketable debt securities with unrealized loss positions, the Company does not intend to sell these securities and it is more likely than not that the Company will hold these securities until maturity or a recovery of the cost basis. The decline in fair value of these securities due to credit related factors was not material as of April 30, 2023 and January 31, 2023.

See Note 5 for information regarding the Company’s strategic investments.
