DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS UAS Drone Corp. (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on February 4, 2015. The Company began limited operations on February 11, 2015. Prior to the Company’s formation, the operations were functioning under Unlimited Aerial Systems, LLP (UAS LLP). UAS LLP was formed under the laws of the State of Louisiana on August 22, 2014. Effective March 31, 2015, the Company completed a reverse merger with UAS LLP. The reverse merger was accounted for as a reverse capitalization.
