ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS	1.ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was formed on January 28, 2000, as a Delaware holding company and operates primarily through its wholly owned subsidiaries, MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC; Nautic Star, LLC; NS Transport, LLC; MasterCraft Services, Inc.; MasterCraft Parts, Ltd.; and MasterCraft International Sales Administration, Inc. The Company and its subsidiaries collectively are referred to herein as the “Company”. The Company is a leading innovator, designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium recreational powerboats that operates in two reportable segments: MasterCraft and NauticStar. The Company also leases a parts warehouse in the United Kingdom to expedite service, primarily to MasterCraft dealers and customers in Europe.
