Employee Benefit Plans	Employee Benefit Plans The Company sponsors three noncontributory defined benefit pension plans for certain non-U.S. employees and retirees. One plan covers certain employees in the United Kingdom and the other two plans cover certain employees in Germany. Net periodic pension expense was $0.3 million and $0.6 million for both the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and is included in cost of sales and selling, general and administrative expenses in the Company's Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations.
