RELATED PARTIES	NOTE 12 – RELATED PARTIES TRAPPER MINING, INC.: We, and certain participants in the Yampa Project, own Trapper Mining. Organized as a cooperative, Trapper Mining supplied 24.7, 31.1 and 24.7 percent in 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively, of the coal for the Yampa Project. Our 26.57 percent share of coal purchases from Trapper Mining was $18.6, $18.2 and $18.8 million in 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively. Our membership interest in Trapper Mining of $15.9 and $15.4 million at December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively, is included in investments in and advances to coal mines on our consolidated statements of financial position.
