Its office is based in Washington, D.C. The accounting and reporting policies of the Company conform to accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”), and the Company’s fiscal year end is November 30. We are currently seeking new business opportunities with established business entities for merger with or acquisition of a target business. We are currently a shell company.
