On September 23, 2019, James Wooldridge, M.D., Chief Medical Officer and a named executive officer of Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his role as Chief Medical Officer, effective as of October 10, 2019. In connection with such resignation, Anthony G. Quinn, M.B. Ch.B., Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume Chief Medical Officer responsibilities until such role has been filled.
