Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events For its interim financial statements as of June 30, 2016 and for the six months then ended, the Company evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance. In August 2016, the Company amended the research agreement with the University of Texas at Austin. The scope and term under the agreement were extended through August 31, 2017 with a $750,000 increase in the maximum expenditure limitation.
