Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure	Return of Capital to Shareholder The Company has never declared or paid dividends of any type. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CWC, however, the Company contributed to CWC’s operations in the form of cash moved to its former parent in the form of inter-company transactions. On the statement of changes in stockholders’ equity, “Return of Capital to Shareholder” represents cash payments made to CWC by the Company in the form of inter-company transfers.
