SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s management has evaluated subsequent events up to January 20, 2020, the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued, pursuant to the requirements of ASC 855 and has determined the following material subsequent events: On April 20, 2019, the Company issued 500,000 shares of the common stock to a consultant as compensation for services rendered. The fair value of these shares was determined by using the market price of the common stock as at the date of issuance. In May 2019, the Company completed several private placements for the sale of non-registered shares of the Company's common stock. As a result of these private placements 1,038,461 non-registered shares of the Company's common stock was issued for proceeds of C$135,000. In July 2019, the Company completed a private placement for the sale of non-registered shares of the Company's common stock. As a result of the private placement 500,000 non-registered shares of the Company's common stock was issued for proceeds of C$55,000. In August 2019, the Company completed a private placement for the sale of non-registered shares of the Company's common stock. As a result of the private placement 500,000 non-registered shares of the Company's common stock was issued for proceeds of $50,000.
