Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Distributions On March 22, 2018, the general partner’s board of directors declared a cash distribution for its Class A shares of $0.2802 per share for the first quarter of 2018. The general partner’s board of directors declared a corresponding cash distribution for OpCo’s common and subordinated units, which includes all common and subordinated units held by First Solar and SunPower. The first quarter distribution will be paid on April 13, 2018 to shareholders and unitholders of record as of April 3, 2018.
