SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Effective from the first quarter of 2025, the Group has realigned its internal organizational structure with the Group's Chief Executive Officer now being the CODM. As a result of this realignment in the internal organizational structure, the Group will update its reportable segments in its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2025. Following these changes, the Company will have two reportable segments: U.S. and International, (which will include what was formerly our UKI, International and Australia segments). The segment information presented in this Annual Report on Form 10-K does not reflect this change in the composition of the Group's reportable segments, as the change did not take effect internally until the first quarter of fiscal 2025.
