Item 7.01. | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
The Board of Directors of Tallgrass Energy GP, LLC, the general partner of Tallgrass Energy, LP, declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 of $0.5400 per Class A share, or $2.16 on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on August 14, 2019, to Class A shareholders of record on July 31, 2019. A copy of the press release dated July 11, 2019 announcing the cash dividend is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K.
