Note 14. Subsequent Events

The Company’s management evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of the consolidated financial statements included herein. Other than the items below, there have been no subsequent events that occurred during such period that would require disclosure in this Form 10-Q or would be required to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2024 and for the six months ended June 30, 2024.

On August 7, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular third quarter cash dividend of $0.42 per share, which will be paid on October 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2024. Additionally, the Company's Board declared a supplemental cash dividend of $0.09 per share which will be paid on September 16, 2024 to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2024. The supplemental dividend is calculated as 50% of quarterly net investment income in excess of our regular quarterly dividend, subject to certain measurement tests and rounded to the nearest penny.
