Subsequent Event On May 2, 2016, the Company acquired Avatar International Holding Company and its subsidiary Avatar International LLC (“Avatar”) for a preliminary cash purchase price of $17.1 million, subject to certain post-closing adjustments. Avatar is a competitor in the patient experience and caregiver engagement markets.
