On May 7, 2019, Energizer Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and made available on its website an earnings presentation announcing business results for the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2019, updated outlook for fiscal 2019 and initial outlook for fiscal 2020. A copy of the press release and earnings presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
