On August 6, 2019, Energizer Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and made available on its website an earnings presentation announcing business results for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019 and updated outlook for fiscal 2019. A copy of the press release and earnings presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
