Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 16, 2019, Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice that Daniel W. Hoehn, the Company’s Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, will resign from the Company effective as of August 8, 2019 to accept a position with another company. Louis Salamone Jr., the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer effective upon Mr. Hoehn’s departure.
The Company is grateful to Mr. Hoehn for his service and many contributions.
