10. Net Loss Per Share Attributable to Common Stockholders

The following table sets forth the computation of basic and diluted net loss per share attributable to common stockholders which is computed by dividing the net loss attributable to common stockholders by the weighted-average number of shares of common stock outstanding for the period. As the Company reported a net loss for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, basic net loss per share attributable to common stockholders was the same as diluted
