RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS AND BALANCES The Company’s transactions with related parties were carried out on normal commercial terms and in the course of the Company’s business. Other than those disclosed elsewhere in the financial statements, the related party transactions are as follows: The Company paid consulting charges in cash to its stockholders amounting to $45,126 and $90,252 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 (2015: $72,864 and $133,584), respectively.
