10. Related Party Transactions	10. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s transactions with related parties were carried out on normal commercial terms and in the course of the Company’s business. Other than those disclosed elsewhere in the financial statements, the related party transactions are as follows: The Company paid consulting charges in cash to its stockholders amounting to $43,680 and $60,427 for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
