Subsequent Events	11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s management has evaluated subsequent events up to November13, 2019, the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued, pursuant to the requirements of ASC 855 and has determined the following material subsequent events: From October 3 to November 12, 2019, the Company issued promissory notes, or received cash for which it intends to issue a promissory note, in the amount of $867,699 from several investors.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
