Non-Cash Transactions For the three months ended September 30, 2023, the Company issued 553,141 shares of common stock for payment of interest accrued on its outstanding 2019 Convertible Notes with a fair value of $160,413. For the three months ended September 30, 2022, the Company issued 341,297 shares of common stock for payment of interest accrued on its outstanding 2019 Convertible Notes with a fair value of $160,413.
