Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 16, 2022, the Board of Trustees of Seritage Growth Properties (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend of $0.4375 per share of the Company’s 7.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.  The preferred dividend will be paid on April 15, 2022 to holders of record on March 31, 2022.
