Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 4, 2019, SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing will report its fourth quarter and full year 2018 financial results after the U.S. financial markets close on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. This call was rescheduled from the original date of February 21, 2019.  The press release also provided information for accessing the related conference call, which will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
