SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2024, the Company obtained two bank loans, both in the principal amount of RMB270,000 (approximately $38,000 when borrowed) from WeBank, which bears interest at 7.92%. The loans are both guaranteed by Jianglong Xiong. The maturity dates are both on February 22, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
