Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

As of March 10, 2023 BigCommerce Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) held less than 2% of its cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities in cash deposit accounts with Silicon Valley Bank and Silicon Valley Bank UK Limited combined.

The Company reported a cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities balance of $305.0 million as of December 31, 2022.
