During the nine months ended September 30, 2022, we allocated the purchase price of our acquisitions to land, building and improvements, construction in progress, and intangible lease assets and liabilities as follows:

Intangible and above-market lease assets are amortized over the remaining lease term. Below-market lease liabilities are amortized over the remaining lease term, plus any below-market, fixed-rate renewal option periods. The weighted-average amortization period for the intangible lease assets and liabilities acquired in connection with our acquisitions during the nine months ended September 30, 2022, as of the respective date of each acquisition, was 4.9 years.
