Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	11. Restructuring Charges In February 2023, the Company eliminated seven positions and incurred a discrete restructuring related charge of $0.1 million which was fully recorded in February 2023 and the related expenses are included within total cost and expenses on the condensed consolidated statement of operations for the year ended December 31, 2023. This charge represents the total amount incurred in connection with the activity. The Company did not incur any restructuring related charges in the year ended December 31, 2024.
